Before shipping any product, we provide a detailed overview through a video call or recorded video. This allows customers to clearly check the product’s condition, quality, and details.

2. Customer Confirmation
Orders are processed and shipped only after the customer confirms the product during this verification step.

3. No Refund Policy
Once the order has been confirmed after the video verification, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By confirming the product, the customer agrees to proceed with the purchase.

4. Exceptions
In rare cases, if a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must report it within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video. After review, if the claim is found valid, an appropriate resolution may be provided.
